I feel a little insane. It is not a normal thing what we are doing. Going to Europe for a month is not usual or normal or even accepted. Quite a few people have given rude responses, looked at me like I was crazy, and downright being irresponsible. But people listen, we have been dreaming about this and saving our money and planning it FOREVER. Years and YEARS. Maybe since I was in 10th grade. And we won’t discuss exactly how long ago that was. Tomorrow I head up to New York City and then Monday, which just happens to be my birthday, we get on a plane for Ireland! Gahhhh! I can’t believe this is happening! In 2 days I will be driving a manual transmission car on the wrong side of the car headed for the Cliffs of Moher! And I will eat all the fish and chips (yes B I know chips are FRENCH FRIES) and I will sit on the rolling hills and drink Guinness and watch the Rugby World Cup and go to London Fashion week and of course see the Loch Ness Monster! I am doing all those things. And about 100,000 more. I’ll be posting lots of blog posts and pictures so make sure you are following me!
